Is Turkey ready for the Post COVID-19 World Order?

The COVID-19 outbreak has had a huge impact on the global economy and politics. Closures lockdowns stopped international trade resulting in an economic slowdown. It changed daily lives of people way business takes place. Politics also been affected by pandemic. Discussions about changing world order have gained new dimension momentum. In this article, pandemic relations is analyzed. Has triggered change order? If it has, what are nature, scope, content change? As rising regional power Eastern Mediterranean region, how Turkey this, did respond to situation? Signs deteriorating order, declining U.S. leadership, escalating geopolitical competition amongst powers were air before Turkey’s adaptation pre-dates pandemic, when its political system, invested security cohesion.
